Pediatric Dentist

Dr. Juliana Hsu is a pediatric dentist who truly believes in the prevention of dental problems and in educating families about healthy smiles for life. Her philosophy is based on respecting children yet caring for them using age-appropriate techniques and loving attention. Understanding the uniqueness of each child and identifying each family’s individual needs is how Dr. Julie delivers gentle dentistry and creates positive dental experiences at Park Avenue Smile.

Dr. Julie graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She has several years of hands-on training treating infants, children and adolescents, including patients with special healthcare needs. Dr. Julie moved to New York for the opportunity to work with children and adults with developmental disabilities at Rose F. Kennedy Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She also completed a dental oncology fellowship at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. In order to focus on the treatment of children, she completed her masters in pediatric specialty training at The University of Michigan. Dr. Julie is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the New York Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Julie’s gentle touch and kind approach allow children of all ages to feel secure and comfortable with her care. Caries prevention and early dental examinations are among the many aspects of pediatric dentistry that Dr. Julie brings to our team at Park Avenue Smile.
